Catching Up with Annie Rodenfels

Annie Rodenfels rejoins the podcast to catch up after a win at the Drake Relays.

A lot has changed for her since then as she continues to progress in the running landscape. Since we last spoke, she's lowered her PB to 15:03, won a USATF Championship, and got married.

She reflects on what's she learned so far in her career and how's she handled her progression.
